“健康中国”视域下上海中职学生健身活动现状调查与分析  被引量:2

Investigation and Analysis of Physical Activity of Secondary Vocational School Students in Shanghai from the View of Healthy China

摘  要:为探索影响上海中职学生体质健康水平的健身行为和健身环境因素,采用"活力健康儿童全球联盟"构建的评价体系,随机抽样调查了2636名上海中职学生及其家长、学生所在学校体育教师48名,结果显示:1)健身行为指数处于较低等级,4个指标均低于2016年全国普通高中平均水平;2)健身环境不容乐观,学校健身环境、家庭健身环境和社区健身环境都处于较低水平。鉴于此,提出以下建议:1)梳理上海中职学段学校体育管理体系,提高政策的执行力;2)各学校加强学校体育管理力度,改善场馆和师资条件,确保学生每天锻炼一小时;3)体育教师提高体育课堂教学的有效性,提高学生体育意识并养成体育锻炼习惯;4)改善社区健身条件,为儿童青少年的社区体育锻炼提供良好的设施和专业的指导。In order to explore the fitness behaviors and fitness environment factors that affect the physical fitness level of Shanghai middle school students,the evaluation system built by the " Active Health Kids Global Alliance" was used to randomly sample 2,636 Shanghai middle school students,their parents,and 48 physical education teachers in their schools. The results show that: 1) The fitness behavior index is at a lower level,and the four indicators are lower than the 2016 national high school average;2) Fitness environment is not optimistic,school fitness environment,home fitness environment and community fitness environment are at a low level. In view of this,the following suggestions are put forward: 1) combing the sports management system of Shanghai secondary vocational school to improve the implementation of the policy;(2) schools should strengthen physical education management,improve facilities and teaching facilities,and ensure that students exercise for one hour a day;3)physical education teachers should improve the effectiveness of physical education classroom teaching,improve students physical education awareness and develop physical exercise habits;4) improving community fitness conditions and providing good facilities and professional guidance for youth community sports.
