摘　　要：空中急救网络是建设医疗急救体系的中坚力量。在国家政策的鼓励,以及地方政府的推动扶持下,各地医疗机构、通航企业积极探索空中急救建设。本文在分析巴彦淖尔市空中急救体系案例的基础上,结合西北地区急救特点,探讨适合西北区域的空中急救发展模式。从实践出发,提出了因地制宜、切实可行的西北地区空中急救体系建设的方案和思路。The aviation emergency rescue system is the backbone power in the construction of medical emergency system.Under the encouragement of national policies and the promotion of local governments,medical institutions and general aviation enterprises are both actively explore the mode of the aviation emergency rescue.Based on the analysis of the case of aviation emergency rescue system in Bayannur,the paper discusses the development mode of the aviation emergency rescue system by combining the characteristics of first aid in Northwest China.Moreover,the paper puts forward a feasible way which is also according to local conditions to construct the aviation emergency rescue system.
