摘  要:为了消除腾晖煤矿2-104工作面上隅角瓦斯存在的安全隐患,提出采用气动风机来解决上隅角瓦斯聚集的新方法。使用Fluent软件模拟有无风机扰动时的上隅角的瓦斯速度、瓦斯浓度分布规律,模拟结果表明:气动风机不仅能改变风流的方向,而且还能改变风流的大小,同时增大了采空区涌向上隅角的阻力,一定程度上消除了采空区瓦斯向上隅角聚集的安全隐患。风机应用后,生产期间启动风机后上隅角瓦斯浓度减小26个百分点,气动风机对消除上隅角瓦斯聚集具备可行性。In order to eliminate the potential safety problems of Tenghui coal mine 2-104 working face upper corner gas, using pneumatic fan to solve the new method of corner gas accumulation. The simulation of gas velocity, upper wind machine disturbance angle when the use of Fluent software for gas pressure, gas concentration distribution, the simulation results show that pneumatic fan can not only change the direction of air flow, but also can change the size of air, while increasing the goaf to the upper corner of the resistance to a certain extent, eliminate the potential safety hazard of goaf gas accumulation to the upper corner. Start the fan on the corner gas concentration respectively in the production class decreased by 26 percentage points, pneumatic fan to eliminate the corner gas accumulation is feasible.
