摘　　要：本文以平原河网——台州市金清水系污染防治实践为例,总结经验,采取“以网治网”系统治理的工作方法和技术路线,分析成效,提出体会和建议,论述平原河网水污染防治对策,对于平原河网城市开展水污染防治具有借鉴意义。Based on the practice of water pollution prevention and control in plain river network——Jinqing water system of Taizhou City, this paper summarizes the experience, adopts the working method and technical route of “network control” system control, analyzes the effect, puts forward the experience and suggestions, and discusses the Countermeasures of water pollution prevention and control in plain river network cities, which is of reference significance for water pollution prevention and control in plain river network cities.
