摘　　要：通过对PVC生产工艺的分析,阐明PVC行业氯化物(包括氯气、氯化氢、氯乙烯等)的来源和途径,对PVC行业氯化物污染治理措施进行调查。通过对内蒙古自治区五家PVC行业氯化物排放进行现场监测,并对其达标情况进行分析,得出内蒙古自治区PVC行业氯化物的排放水平,为今后防治PVC行业氯化物污染提供依据,同时为开展PVC行业环境影响评价及产排污量计算提供参考。Through the analysis of PVC production technology,to clarify the sources and ways of chlorides (including chlorine gas, hydrogen chloride, vinyl chloride, etc.) in PVC industry, investigating the PVC industry chloride pollution control measures.Through to the Inner Mongolia autonomous region five chloride emission on-site monitoring of PVC industry, analyze whether the chloride emission of PVC industry can meet the standard requirements,obtained the chloride emission level of PVC industry in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, to provides basis for preventing and controlling chloride pollution in PVC industry in the future, at the same time, it provides a reference for the environmental impact assessment of PVC industry and the calculation of sewage output and emission load.
