摘  要:故障模式影响分析(FMEA)作为经典的可靠性分析工具,在军工、医疗、汽车和电子等行业得到了广泛的应用。军工行业将其作为装备可靠性工作的重要项目,汽车行业将其列为五大质量工具之一。回顾了FMEA70余年的发展历程,总结了其在各个行业的应用现状,并针对AIAG与VDA在2017年联合发布的FMEA新版标准征求意见稿和2019年4月发布的白皮书进行了解读,为FMEA新标准的实施推广提供了一定的参考。As a classical reliability analysis tool, FMEA has been widely used in military, medical,automotive,and electronics industries. In military area, it is an important reliability project of equipment reliability work. In automotive area, it is considered as one of the five-quality-tools. The development history of FMEA for more than 70 years are reviewed, and its application status in various industries are summarized. Besides, the exposure draft of the new FMEA standard published jointly by AIAG and VDA in 2017 and the white paper published in April 2019 are interpreted,which provides some reference for the implementation and promotion of the new FMEA standard.
