摘　　要：网络原生数字资源的建设作为信息资源建设的一部分,已经引起信息资源建设部门的重视.本文通过对当前理论研究与现实知识产权案件分析,总结当前网络原生数字资源的知识产权保护现状,为下一步开展网络原生数字资源知识产权保护策略提供参考.As a part of information resource construction,the construction of network native digital resources has attracted the attention of information resource construction departments.Based on the analysis of current theoretical research and real intellectual property cases,this paper summarizes the current status of intellectual property protection of network native digital resources,and provides a reference for the further development of intellectual property protection strategy of network native digital resources.
