摘 要:针对电控燃油喷射技术在低速机领域的应用,以自主设计、开发的“HHM-6EX340EF小缸径低速柴油机”采用最新的电控高压共轨燃油喷射技术为例,详述该系统的基本结构、工作原理、试验测试及整机测试结果。测试结果表明:该型整机满足国际海事组织TierⅡ排放要求,部分负荷点燃油消耗率略优于同等功率机型。As an example of Electronic Fuel Injection(EFI)technology applied on low speed engines, the latest developed electronic high pressure common rail fuel injection technology is applied to the self-designed and self-developed "HHM-6 EX340 EF" small bore diesel engine. This paper elaborates in detail the basic structure, the working principles, and the results of experiments and integrated engine test. It shows that the engine meets Tier Ⅱ emission requirements and the fuel consumption rates at some load points are slightly better than other engines with equivalent power.
