摘　　要：介绍了散纤维脱脂、染色、脱水后开松烘干设备的流程配置,分析了高效散纤维开松喂给设备的性能优点,及其对纤维质量、产量和烘干效果的影响,使用户能根据实际的产品、产能和场地情况,恰当地选择自己的生产流程。The process configuration of opening and drying equipment for the fiber that was degreased,dyed and dehydrated was introduced.The advantages of the opening and feeding equipment,as well as its impact on fiber quality,yield and drying effect,were analyzed.Therefore,users can select production process properly according to actual product,capacity and site conditions.
