妊娠早期富铁膳食干预对妊娠期缺铁性贫血的预防效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察孕早期进行富铁膳食干预对妊娠期缺铁性贫血的预防效果。方法选取某院产科门诊就诊的300例正常孕妇作为观察组,在孕早期(11~13周)开始接受富铁膳食干预至分娩前入院。同时选取300例符合相同条件的正常孕妇作为对照组,仅接受常规的营养宣教,不进行富铁膳食干预。两组孕妇均服用叶酸400μg/d至分娩。于孕24~26周(孕中期)、35~38周(孕晚期)时进行随访,比较两组孕妇妊娠期缺铁性贫血的发生率,以及红细胞计数、血红蛋白、血清铁蛋白等指标。结果观察组在孕中期和孕晚期的红细胞计数、血红蛋白、血清铁蛋白水平均明显高于对照组,贫血率发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论孕妇早期进行富铁膳食干预对减少妊娠期缺铁性贫血有积极的作用,能够减少孕中期、孕晚期缺铁性贫血的发生,改善贫血指标。Objective To observe the effect of iron-rich diet intervention in early pregnancy in the prevention of iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy. Methods A total of 300 normal pregnant women in the outpatient service of a hospital were selected and taken as the Observation Group. They started to accept iron-rich diet intervention in early pregnancy (11-13 weeks) until delivery. Another 300 normal pregnant women were selected as the Control Group. They only received routine nutrition education without iron-rich diet intervention. Both groups were given 400 g/d folic acid until delivery. Follow-up was conducted at the pregnant metaphase (24-26 weeks) and last trimester (35-38 weeks). The two groups were compared in terms of the incidence of iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy, red blood count, hemoglobin and serum ferritin. Results The Observation Group had the red blood count, hemoglobin and serum ferritin level at the pregnant metaphase and last trimester significantly higher than the Control Group and had the incidence of anemia significantly lower than the Control Group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion The iron-rich diet intervention in early pregnancy has a positive effect in reducing the incidence of iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy and can improve the anemia indicators.
