摘 要:两性金属铝因其优异性能而广泛应用于电工电子等多个领域,但当pH<5时或pH>9时,铝会被腐蚀,这两种情况下都需要添加缓蚀剂来减少铝的腐蚀。本文首先介绍了缓蚀剂的概念及分类,然后综述了缓蚀剂对金属铝在不同介质中的缓蚀作用机理,接着综述了绿色缓蚀剂对金属铝在不同介质中的缓蚀性能的研究进展,总结其缓蚀规律。展望了将来金属铝基绿色缓蚀剂的具体发展方向。Aluminum has excellent character and is used widely for many fields,such as electrical and electronical. However,when pH<5 or pH>9,aluminum will be corroded,corrosion inhibitors should be added to reduce the corrosion of aluminum. The concept and classification of corrosion inhibitor were introduced. Then the inhibition mechanism and research progress of green corrosion inhibitor on corrosion inhibition of aluminum in different media were reviewed,and the corrosion inhibition law of green inhibitor was summarized. The development trend of green corrosion inhibitor for aluminum was prospected.
