摘  要:采用青钱柳和绿茶作为降糖口服液的主要原料,通过单因素实验,有重复试验的正交设计对提取工艺进行优化,考察了提取温度,提取时间,液料比,青钱柳与绿茶比值对多糖提取率的影响。最佳提取工艺条件为青钱柳与绿茶比值为2:1,料液比1:30,温度90℃,时间70min。该工艺条件下,制得青钱柳-绿茶口服液,进行各项质量标准研究,测得多糖提取质量分数为5.45%,密度为1.01g/cm^3,pH值为5.21。Cyclocarya paliurus and green tea were used as the main raw materials to make hypoglycemic oral solution. The optimum formulation of extraction process was selected by the single-factor experiment and an orthogonal design with repeat experiments. The influences of temperature,time,ratio of liquid to material and ratio of Cyclocarya paliurus to green tea on the extraction rate of polysaccharide were examined. The optimal conditions were determined to be the Cyclocarya paliurus to green tea of 2 : 1,the ratio of liquid to material of 1 : 30,extraction temperation of 90 ℃ and extraction time of 70 min. Under these conditions, Cyclocarya paliurus -green tea oral hypoglycemic agent was prepared,and various quality standards were researched. Eventually,the determination of the polysaccharide quality score was 5.45%,the density was 1.01 g/cm ^3,and the pH value was 5.21.
