摘  要:通过探究色差仪测定异氰酸酯中的L色项目,寻求到吸光度与积分球分光光度计测定异氰酸酯L色之间的关系曲线,完成色差仪替代积分球的部分功能,减少在分析异氰酸酯中L色过程清洗所需要的有机溶剂(丙酮量),缩短样品的分析时间,改善人员的工作环境,提高员工的满意度,同时为L色项目的分析提供了更多的方法以及相对价格低的仪器选择。By exploring the determination of L-color item in isocyanate by colorimeter,the relationship curve between the absorption degree and the integral ball spectrophotometer for the determination of isocyanate L color was obtained,and part of the functions of replacing the integral ball by colorimeter were completed. The amount of organic solvent (acetone ) required for the L-color process cleaning in the analysis of isocyanates was reduced,the analysis time of samples was shortened,the working environment of personnel was improved,and employee s satisfaction was improved. At the same time,more methods and relatively low price instrument choices for the analysis of L-color items were provided.
