摘 要:在铜电解生产中电解液除镍是保证电解液洁净和阴极铜产品品质最重要的工序,简单介绍了电解液脱铜后提取粗硫酸镍几种工艺的优缺点,详细讲解了脱铜后电解液用真空蒸发浓缩水冷结晶和冷冻结晶这两种工艺提取粗硫酸镍的工艺原理和工艺流程,着重论述了兰溪自立铜业有限公司真空蒸发浓缩水冷结晶工艺提取粗硫酸镍在实际生产中所存在的几点问题,以及新建兰溪自立环保科技有限公司项目选用冷冻结晶工艺提取硫酸镍的原因。Nickel removal of electrolytes is the most important process in the production of copper electrolytes to ensure the cleanliness of electrolytes and the quality of cathode copper products. The advantages and disadvantages of extraction of crude nickel sulfate after copper removal in electrolytic liquid were briefly introduced. The principle and process of extraction of crude nickel sulfate by vacuum evaporation and concentrated cold crystallization and freezing crystallization of the electrolytic liquid after copper removal were explained in detail. The problems in production of crude nickel sulfate by vacuum evaporation and concentrated cold crystallization process of Lanxi Self-reliance Copper Co. Ltd. were discussed. The reasons for using frozen crystallization technology to extract nickel sulfate for the project of newly established Lanxi Self-reliance Environmental Protection Technology Co. Ltd. were summarized.
