摘 要:随着装配式建筑的快速发展,BIM(建筑信息模型)技术、Revit软件也得到快速应用。在Revit软件建模过程中,为了了解使用精准、快速建模技巧与常规建模技巧之间的时间与精准度的区别,针对出现跌落式建筑时轴网、标高快速绘制,基本墙、复合墙精准绘制,各层梁高度精准绘制、厨房卫生间楼板精准绘制,屋顶坡度与特殊屋顶构建--老虎窗精准快速绘制等问题进行探讨,并提出了解决方案。在绘制二层建筑中发现,使用快速建模技巧绘制轴网标高、迹线屋顶两部分可节约4~7 min,使用精准建模技巧绘制门窗、梁板柱、老虎窗三部分多耗费大约23 min,但是随着精准度的提升,整体节约35~40 min,实现了模型的快速建立和有效使用。With the rapid development of prefabricated buildings, BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology and Revit software have been rapidly applied. In Revit software modeling process, in order to explore the difference between conventional modeling technique, in view of the precision of the axis for cascade architecture, network, elevation drawing quickly, basic wall, composite wall precise drawing, beam highly precise drawing of each layer, the kitchen toilet precise drawing of the floor slab, roof slope and special building-tiger window accurately fast drawing and other issues are discussed, and solutions are put forward. It is found by experiments in two-story building drawing, the use of rapid modeling skills to draw shaft net elevation, trace roof two parts can save 4 to 7 minutes, while the use of precise modeling techniques in painting doors and windows, beam plate column more than three parts, the tiger window need to take about 23 minutes, but as the precision, the overall can save 35 to 40 minutes. This is that the establishment and the effective use of the model is realized.
