摘 要:当前建筑节能已成为社会可持续发展的重要举措,对既有建筑的节能评估是节能改造的重要依据。基于运行数据的统计模型和基于动态模拟的能耗模型是目前应用较为广泛的建筑节能评估方法。然而由于实际采集数据不全以及动态参数难易获得,致使这些方法均存在不足。为此,提出了基于准稳态模拟的建筑节能评估方法,介绍准稳态模型的原理及特点,并以某一实际节能改造案例为例,对比分析模型预测能耗、节能量的准确性及节能改造措施的一致性,结果表明基于准稳态模型的建筑节能评估方法具有较好的适应性,可用于指导既有建筑节能改造。Nowadays,building energy conservation has become an important issue for sustainable development,and building energy evaluation for existing buildings is the basis for building retrofit.Now the simplified statistical method and dynamic simulation method are usually used,but still have shortage due to the lack of real data or the difficulty to collect transient parameters.Therefore in this study the quasi-steady state energy model is proposed for building energy evaluation.The physical principles and characteristics of the quasi-steady state energy model are introduced,and a real case is selected for example.The predicted energy use,energy savings and consistency of retrofitting measures are analyzed.The results show that the quasi-steady state energy model has good adaptability,can be used to guide the energy conservation for existing buildings.
