摘 要:以广州市某一老旧工业厂房为研究对象,从中介空间理念出发,通过将中介空间植入到功能空间中,优化了功能空间配置,实现对改造建筑自然光源、热源的综合利用,满足建筑空间环境被动式调节和绿色生态改造需求。针对该旧厂房的改造,通过在中庭、边庭处设置通风烟囱和热压通风实现自然通风;采用凸起采光天窗,利用中庭、边庭设置的反光内壁材质和透光外壁材质实现自然采光,通过在中庭、边庭布置隔热玻璃材质,设置吸热水池和绿色植被建立空间气候缓冲区,解决外部环境极端环境变化对建筑内部空间环境的影响。采用本文提出的节能改造方案有效解决了改造空间的自然通风,采光效果,提高了能源的利用率。An old industrial building is researched,its distribution of the function space is optimized by inserting the concept of intermediary space into the function space,achieving the comprehensive utilization of natural light source and heat source to the retrofitted building,meeting the demand on passive adjustment of architectural space environment and ecological reconstruction. For the reconstruction of the old factory,natural ventilation can be realized by setting ventilation chimneys and thermal pressure ventilation in the atrium and side court. The natural lighting is realized by utilizing the raised skylight and the reflective material for inner-wall and translucent material for exterior-wall in the atrium and side court. The space climate buffer is established by insulating glass,heat-absorbing sink and green vegetation arranged in the atrium and side court,for solving the impact of extreme environmental changes in the external environment on the internal space environment of buildings. The energy saving reconstruction scheme proposed in this paper has effectively solved the natural ventilation and lighting effect of the reconstructed space,and improved the utilization rate of energy.
