摘　　要：随着以“互联网+”、大数据等为代表的信息技术的飞速发展,业界对会计人才的职业发展提出了更高的要求。同时,财务共享的发展和财务机器人的引进使得财务人员的角色面临极大的挑战,甚至有人说财务人员即将消失。面对传统财务行业的变革,在校大学生该何去何从?对此,结合新财务体系对人才的需求状况,分析在财务共享和人工智能的双重冲击下大学生未来面临的挑战,并就此提出可行性建议。With the rapid development of information technology represented by “Internet+”,big data,etc.,the industry has made higher demands on the professional development of accounting personnel.At the same time,the development of the financial share and the introduction of the financial robot have made the role of the financial personnel face great challenges,and even the financial personnel are about to disappear.In the face of the change of the traditional finance industry,what to do with the college students? In this regard,combined with the new financial system’s demand for talents,the paper analyzes the challenges faced by the students in the future under the double impact of financial sharing and artificial intelligence,and puts forward the feasible suggestions.
