摘 要:内地(祖国大陆)高校(以下简称“高校”)港澳台学生辅导员岗位的设置是辅导员职业化专业化发展的必然结果。港澳台学生辅导员除了要具备高校辅导员所需的一般职业素养外,其还需具备与岗位相匹配的职业道德与信念、职业知识技能和职业行为习惯。从顶层设计与制度架构、政策落地与资源保障、职业认同和职业习惯三个路径探索港澳台学生辅导员的培养。Universities in China's Mainland normally assign special advisors to manage students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, a natural result of advisors' professionalization and specialization. Besides the general professional qualities, these advisors must possess sound professional ethics and beliefs, profound knowledge and skills, and correct behavioral habits that are required by the post. This paper discusses how to cultivate qualified advisors for students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan from three aspects: top-level design and institutional construction, policy implementation and resource guarantee, and career identity and occupational habits.
