景泰蓝釉料呈色原理研究及实践

摘　　要：为使景泰蓝釉料的研究更加科学有规律,也为设计时能做到“有谱可依”,对景泰蓝从工艺到设计上的创新都必须用更科学有效的研究方法。以导师项目《珐琅釉料制备工艺研究》为研究支撑,从景泰蓝无铅釉料颜色研究创新入手,在搜集并分析现有景泰蓝釉色的基础上,通过色彩原理建立釉色色谱,并以此为指导进行釉料的呈色实验研究。规范了景泰蓝釉色的研究生产过程,有效缩小色差问题。此方法可以作为景泰蓝釉色生产和设计时的标准,使得设计和生产更加科学合理。In order to make the research of Cloisonne glaze more scientific and regular,and to be able to achieve "spectrum based" when designing,Cloisonne must use more scientific and effective research methods from process to design innovation. Based on the research and innovation of the color research of Cloisonne lead-free glaze,based on the collection and analysis of the existing Cloisonne glaze,the method of establishing the glaze chromatography was established by the color principle. And take this as guidance to carry on the glaze coloration experimental research. The research and production process of Cloisonne glaze was standardized,and the color difference problem was reduced effectively. This method can be used as the standard for the production and design of Cloisonne glaze,which makes the design and production more scientific and reasonable.
