摘  要:以液相法合成的氟金云母纳米前驱粉体、氟磷灰石纳米粉体为原料,借助粉末冶金热压工艺制备了氟金云母/氟磷灰石生物玻璃陶瓷。利用X射线衍射(XRD)仪、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)等设备,研究了复合材料的晶化行为、相组成、显微结构和力学性能。研究结果表明:在设定的烧结工艺下,玻璃陶瓷的晶化度显著提高。随着氟磷灰石质量分数的增加,玻璃陶瓷的孔隙度显著降低,抗弯强度和显微硬度逐渐升高。氟磷灰石的特征结构对玻璃陶瓷性能的提升有较大作用。The nano precusor powder of fluorapatite and nano powder of fluorophlogopite were prepared by liquid method.Fluorphlogopite/fluorapatite biological glass-ceramic was prepared by hot pressed technology in vacuum sintering furnace.The crystallization behaviors,crystalline phases,microstructures and mechanical behavior of the glass-ceramics were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM).The results reveal that under certain sintering process,crystallity of the glass-ceramic is improved obviously.With the increasing of fluorapatite mass-fraction,the porosity of the glass ceramic is decreased significantly,and the bending strength and micro-hardness are improved gradually.The good performance of the glass-ceramic is attributed to the characteristic structure of fluorapatite.
