摘  要:为了克服传统足底矫形辅具以静态足底压力数据为参考的局限,研发了一套可穿戴式动态足底压力测量系统。柔性压阻式压力传感器用于鞋垫设计,采用STM32F103RCT6微处理器作为主控芯片,结合压力信号调理电路模块、模数转换模块及数据处理模块完成下位机设计。通过HC-05蓝牙模块将数据传输到电脑端上位机,完成数据的显示、保存及处理,并对步态周期内足底压力分布特点进行动态分析。试验结果表明:系统的测量标准差不超过0.190 N,不同体质量的志愿者静态足底压力分布基本相同,动态足底压力分布随运动速度的增加而增大。In order to overcome the limitations of traditional foot orthopedic aids with reference to static plantar pressure data,a wearable dynamic plantar pressure measurement system was designed and developed.The flexible piezoresistive pressure sensor was used to design the insole.The STM32F103RCT6 microprocessor was used as the main control chip.The pressure signal conditioning circuit module,the analog-to-digital conversion module and the data processing module were used to complete the design of the lower computer.The data was transmitted to the host computer through the HC-05 bluetooth,to complete the display,preservation and processing of the data.Dynamic analysis of the distribution of plantar pressure during the gait cycle was performed.Experiments show that the standard deviation of the system is no more than 0.19.For volunteers of different body masses,the static foot pressure distribution is basically the same.The dynamic plantar pressure distribution increases with the increase of the movement speed.
