摘 要:依托北京地铁14号线十里河站与10号线十里河站3条暗挖换乘通道下穿十里河桥引桥工程,研究了地铁连拱换乘通道下穿引桥施工方案的优选问题。采用有限元软件MIDAS-GTS NX建立连拱换乘通道的三维实体模型,分别模拟分析了中隔壁法、三导洞法和中导洞法3种施工方案对地表沉降、围岩变形、支护结构受力及引桥的影响。研究结果表明:3种开挖施工方案均满足施工要求,中导洞法的地表沉降最大值为4.17mm,拱顶沉降最大值为3.53 mm,该方法的各类沉降最大值均为3种方案中最小值,因此中导洞法为最优施工方案。对比数值模拟结果和工程实际监测数据,验证了数值仿真的合理性。The optimization of the construction scheme of the underpass bridge of the subway double-arch transfer channel was studied,based on the three underground excavation and transfer channels of Shilihe Station of Beijing Metro Line No.14 and Shilihe Station of Line 10.A three-dimensional solid model of the arch-transfer channel was established by using MIDAS-GTS NX software.The effect of three different construction schemes of the middle partition wall method,the three-way hole method and the middle guide hole method on the surface settlement,surrounding rock deformation,supporting structure force and approach bridge were simulated and analyzed respectively.The research results show that all three excavation construction schemes meet the construction requirements.The surface settlement maximum of the middle guide hole method is 4.17 mm.The vault crown settlement maximum is 3.53 mm.Each kind of maximum settlement of the middle guide hole method is the minimum value of the three schemes.The middle guide hole method is preferred.The rationality of numerical simulation is verified by comparing the numerical simulation results with the actual monitoring data of the project.
