振动流化床出口物料温度偏高的原因及整改措施

摘　　要：由于复合肥生产装置中的振动流化床存在设计缺陷,导致其出口物料温度偏高,增大了复合肥产品结块的可能性。从设计、安装、操作等方面分析造成振动流化床出口物料温度偏高的原因,并采取相应的改造措施。改造后,振动流化床出口物料温度下降约9℃,效果明显。Due to the design defect of vibrating fluidized bed in the compound fertilizer production unit,the temperature of its outlet material is on the high side,which increases the possibility of caking of compound fertilizer products.The causes of high material temperature at the outlet of vibrating fluidized bed are analyzed from the aspects of design,installation and operation,and corresponding modification measures are taken.After modification,the material temperature at the outlet of vibrating fluidized bed decreases by about 9 ℃,the effect is obvious.
