摘　　要：随着生产负荷的提高,CO2汽提法尿素装置放空尾气中氨含量升高,不仅造成环境污染,而且增加了氨耗。分析了尿素装置放空尾气中氨含量高的原因,通过设置板式换热器来降低进入常压吸收塔的吸收液温度、在排气筒顶部增设喷淋降温设施后,使存在的问题得到有效解决,改造效果明显。With the increase of production load,the ammonia content increases in tail gas of CO2 stripping urea unit,which not only causes environmental pollution,but also increases ammonia consumption.The reasons for the high ammonia content in the tail gas of urea unit are analyzed.After setting plate heat exchanger to reduce the temperature of absorbent liquid entering the atmospheric absorption tower,and adding spray cooling facilities at the top of the exhaust stack,the existing problems are effectively solved and the improvement effect is obvious.
