摘 要:为满足某车载大口径高能激光发射系统密封要求,设计了一种采用卷帘覆盖压紧密封原理的密封结构,以密封窗口整体重量、一阶频率和卷帘中心挠度三者为优化目标,应用集成优化方法,依托ANSYS workbench软件平台对密封窗口结构尺寸进行优化,优化后的密封窗口整体重量为7.25 kg,阶频率为1 356.8 Hz,卷帘中心挠度变形为6.075 9mm。密封窗口轻量化效果明显,各项指标均满足设计要求。该密封窗口设计可为同类型大口径激光发射系统的密封结构设计提供思路和参考。In order to meet the sealing requirements of a heavy caliber and high energy laser emission system for a vehicle, a sealing structure of the rolling shutter covering and sealing principle was designed, with the overall weight of the sealing window, the first frequency of window and the deflection of the rolling shutter center as the optimization target, and the integration optimization method was applied to the sealing window structure size by the ANSYS workbench software platform. After optimization, the overall weight of the optimized sealing window is 7. 25 kg, the first frequency is 1 356. 8 Hz,and the deflection of the rolling shutter center is 6. 075 9 mm. The effect of light weight was obvious,and all indexes met the design requirements. The design of the sealing window can provide ideas and references for the sealing structure design of the same large aperture laser emission system.
