摘　　要：窄治疗指数药物具有治疗血药浓度与中毒血药浓度相接近的特点,其品种在不同国家或地区尚存在差异,故用药风险高。本文介绍窄治疗指数药物的多样性,并对其用药安全提出几点建议。Narrow therapeutic index drugs (NTIDs) have the characteristics that their therapeutic blood concentration is close to the poisoning blood concentration, and their varieties are still different in different countries or regions, so the risks of their medication are high. This article introduces the differences of NTIDs and some recommendations for their safe medication.
