摘 要:针对钠冷气门温度场计算的问题,提出了基于外部边界条件和中空区域两相流模型的数值计算方法。基于发动机的一个循环周期,把实心气门划分为4个区域,根据每个区域与周围环境的作用确定了第三类边界条件,并利用整体硬度法,经台架试验获得了实心气门的温度场,以此温度场校核了外部边界条件,以此作为钠冷气门的外部边界条件;对于钠冷气门中空区域建立两相流模型,求出了内部第三类边界条件;最后通过结合内外部边界条件,利用ANSYS热分析软件计算钠冷气门温度场。计算结果表明:在气门轴向,仿真温度与实测温度的最大差值为45.5℃,相对误差为7.52%,在气门径向,仿真温度与实测温度的最大差值为37.2℃,相对误差为5.79%,它们的最大误差都不超过8%。进而证明:构造的基于外部边界条件和中空区域两相流模型的气门温度场的计算方法是可行的。To solve the problem of calculating the temperature field of sodium-cooled valve,a numerical method based on the external boundary conditions and the two-phase flow model in the hollow region was proposed.The solid valve was subdivided into four zones based on an engine cycle.The third boundary condition was determined according to the interaction between each region and its surrounding environment.An overall hardness test was used to obtain the temperature field of solid valves through bench test.The temperature field was used to check the external boundary condition,which was taken as the external boundary condition of the sodium-cooled valve.As to the hollow region of sodium-cooled valve,a two-phase flow model was established to obtain the third internal boundary condition.Finally through internal and external boundary conditions,the temperature field of the sodium-cooled valve was calculated by the ANSYS thermal analysis software.Calculation results show that in the axial direction of the valve,the maximum difference between the simulated temperature and the measured temperature is 45.5℃,and the relative error is 7.52%.In the radial direction of the valve,the maximum difference is 37.2℃,and the relative error is 5.79%.Their maximum error is not more than 8%,which further proves that the calculation method of valve temperature field based on external boundary conditions and two-phase flow model in hollow region is feasible.
