摘  要:针对底盘前轮外倾角分布离散、不良率高的问题,提出基于3DCS软件建立装配偏差仿真模型,并根据灵敏度分析结果找出影响外倾角的主要贡献因子,以此为线索展开排查工作,再根据排查结果将实际情况反向输入3DCS软件验证模型分析的准确性,根据灵敏度分析结果和排查情况提出改善方案,跟踪装车后的结果并与3DCS软件分析结果进行对比,二次验证模型准确可靠,可以为实际工程提供参考。Aiming at the problem that the front wheel camber distribution is discrete and the non-performing rate is high, the 3DCS software is used to establish the simulation model of assembly deviation. According to the sensitivity analysis results, the main contribution factors affecting the camber angle are found out, and as a clue, the troubleshooting work is then carried out. Then, according to the investigation results, the actual situation is inversely inputted into the 3DCS software to verify the accuracy of the model analysis. The improvement plan is proposed based on the sensitivity analysis results and the investigation situation. The results after carried out the improvement plan are tracked and compared with those analyzed by the 3DCS software. The 3DCS simulation model is double checked to be accurate and reliable, which can provide reference for the actual engineering.
