摘 要:金属加工过程中,切削刀具的状态对于生产效率和表面加工质量有重要影响,因此刀具磨损监测具有重要意义。刀具磨损监测是柔性制造系统研究工程的一个重要课题。切削力信号作为加工过程中最稳定和最可靠的信号,和刀具磨损密切相关。从实验上分析切削力与刀具磨损的相关性,提出刀具切削力变化与磨损变化是一致的。基于有限元分析软件对车削加工进行仿真研究,模拟了切削力的大小分布,并将模拟结果与实验结果进行了比较分析,为实际工艺参数的选择提供了理论指导。In the process of metal machining, state of the cutting tool has an important influence on the efficiency of production and surface quality;therefore, tool wear monitoring is of great significance.It is very important to monitor tool condition in cutting process.The monitoring of tool wear is an important topic in the research of flexible manufacturing system.The cutting force signal is the most stable and reliable signal in the machining process, and is closely related to the tool wear.The correlation between cutting force and tool wear is experimentally analyzed.It is proposed that the change of tool cutting force is consistent with the change of wear.The simulation study of turning processing is conducted based on the finite element analysis software.The size distribution of cutting force is simulated, and the simulation results are compared and analyzed with the test results, which would provide guiding significance for the determination of process parameters.
