摘 要:以20MN快速锻造液压机组的预应力机架为研究对象,针对机架的结构特点进行优化,利用Solidworks软件创建机架模型,借助于HyperMesh软件对优化后结构在特定工况条件下进行分析,从而验证了新型机架的整体刚度及抗偏载能力。后又对新结构的关键部位在高负荷状态下进行了应力及变形分析,又对回程缸体的刚度和强度进行了校核。通过比较分析,验证了新结构的合理性和准确性,为20MN压机机架的结构优化、制造和使用提供了可靠依据。In this paper, the pre-stressed frame of20MN rapid forging hydraulic unit is taken as the research object.According to the structural characteristics of the frame, the frame model is established by Solidworks software, and the optimized structure is analyzed under specific working conditions by HyperMesh software.The overall stiffness and anti-eccentric load capacity of the new frame are verified.Then, the stress and deformation of the key parts of the new structure under high load are analyzed, and the stiffness and strength of the return cylinder block are checked.Through comparative analysis, the rationality and accuracy of the new structure are verified, which provides a reliable basis for structural optimization, manufacturing and application of the 20MN press frame.
