摘 要:滚边作为车门成型的最后一道工序,其质量不仅对车门边缘外观有影响,还对汽车整体外形尺寸精度有很大影响。对车门滚边过程中滚边参数(滚轮直径、预滚边第一道次TCP-RCP值、预滚边第二道次TCP-RCP值)对板件表面波浪系数和伸缩量的影响进行了研究。依据正交试验的方法设置几组不同滚边参数模型进行滚边仿真,得到不同组之间板件的波浪系数以及伸缩量并进行对比分析。通过分析发现,预滚边第一道次TCP-RCP值对板件波浪系数影响较大,预滚边第二道次TCP-RCP值对板件伸缩量影响较大。并在最后提出优选方案,为以后的实际应用提供了参考。As the last step of the car door stamping forming, the robotic roller hemming has significant impact on the appearance forming quality of the door and overall dimensional accuracy of automobile.In this paper, the influence of the roller hemming parameters (Roller diameter, Pre-hem the first pass TCP- RCP value and Pre-hem the second pass TCP-RCP value) on wave coefficients and amount of stretching during the process of door roller hemming is studied.According to the orthogonal expermental method, several groups of different roller hemming parameter models are set up to simulate the roller hemming, then the wave coefficients and the amount of stretching of the plate between different groups are obtained, compared and analyzed.The results show that different roller hemming parameters have different influence degree on the wave coefficient and amount of stretching after roller hemming.Finally, the optimal scheme is proposed, which can be a good reference to the practical application.
