摘  要:为保证大型复杂联合动力装置陆基试验用双侧联接轴系设计合理以及工程找中的顺利进行,采用有限元法进行了优化设计后联接轴系性能参数提取与计入轴心位置变化以及啮合力等动态因素影响的轴系校中计算,得到了轴系在竖直方向和水平方向上不同工况下各位置处的挠度、截面转角、截面剪力和弯曲应力等性能参数,以及工程找中时所需的法兰开口与偏移值。计算结果表明了优化设计后的联接轴系满足试验控制条件要求,轴承负荷测试结果表明所给定的法兰开口与偏移满足找中要求,为联接轴系的安装以及试验的安全运行提供了必要的支撑。In order to ensure the reasonable design of the double-side coupling shaft and the smooth progress of engineering alignment for the land-based test of large complex combined power device, the finite element method was used to extract the performance parameters of the coupling shaft after optimization design and to calculate the shafting alignment taking into account of the dynamic factors such as the change of axial position and meshing force, and the performance parameters were obtained such as deflection, section angle, section shear force and bending stress at various positions in different working conditions in the vertical and horizontal directions, as well as the flange opening and deflection values required in engineering alignment.The calculation results show that the optimized coupling shaft meets the requirements of test control conditions, and the bearing load test results show that the given flange opening and offset could meet the requirements of alignment, which would provide necessary support for installation of the coupling shafting and safe operation of the tests.
