摘 要:滚动转子式变频压缩机需要在转速可变的宽频率范围内运行,对阀片的工作性能和可靠性提出了很高的要求。随着变频压缩机小型化和高效化的发展,阀片的工作特性和可靠性研究成为影响制冷压缩机性能和安全性的技术关键点之一。为充分评估变频压缩机阀片的设计合理性,从理论和实验出发,提出阀片可靠性的各种影响因素,对解决变频压缩机的阀片设计问题具有一定的参考意义。The inverter-controlled rotary compressor needs to work in a wide frequency range with variable speed, which requires high performance and reliability of valve blades.With the development of miniaturization and high efficiency of the inverter-controlled rotary compressor, study on the working properties and reliability of valve-leaf has become one of the key points affecting the performance and safety of the refrigeration compressor.In order to fully evaluate the rationality of the valve blades design, various factors influencing the reliability of valves are put forward and the experiments are carried out in this paper, which is of certain reference significance to solve the valve design problem of the inverter- controlled rotary compressor.
