摘  要:电子设备水下湿端主要部署于重要港口和舰船锚地,担负对水下小型威胁目标等的警戒探测任务,并实时报警。着重阐述电子设备水下湿端总体结构设计、舱内布局设计以及全模型散热设计,在传统的散热设计基础上进行了热仿真分析,并依据仿真结果给出了针对性的改进措施,为工程研制提供技术支持。The underwater terminal of electronic equipment is mainly deployed in important ports and warship anchorages;it is responsible for alert detection tasks of small underwater threat targets, and alarms in real time.This paper focuses on the overall structural design of the underwater wet end of the electronic equipment, the layout design of the cabin and thermal design of the whole model.The scheme is based on the traditional thermal design and the thermal simulation analysis is carried out.According to the simulation results, the targeted improvement measures are given.It provides technical support for the engineering development.
