摘  要:针对冷轧薄板罩式炉退火热处理工序中产生的废气,通过分析废气的主要成分、温度、比热和流量等参数,经过多次试验,增加了一套自行研发的罩式炉余热回收系统,通过对该系统各种参数分析优化,解决了废烟气温差大的问题,有效地将废气中蕴藏的余热回收利用,转化成其它介质的热量,再利用此介质替代蒸汽,从而大幅降低蒸汽消耗量,达到了节能减排的目的。Based on the analysis of the major components, temperature, specific heat and flow of the waste gas produced in the annealing heat treatment process of the cold rolled bell-type annealing furnace, a set of self-developed waste heat recovery system for the bell-type annealing furnace is added after many tests.Through analysis and optimization of various parameters of the system, the problem of large temperature difference in waste flue gas is solved.The waste heat contained in the waste gas is effectively recycled and converted into heat energy of other media, which is used to replace steam, thus greatly decreasing the steam consumption and achieving the goal of saving energy and reducing emissions.
