电梯曳引轮磨损分析及拆卸专用夹具的设计

摘　　要：作为垂直运输交通工具,电梯在人们的生活、工作中电梯的应用越来越广泛,电梯轿厢的上下运行主要依靠曳引钢丝绳与曳引轮绳槽之间的摩擦力,而随着长时间的使用,曳引轮绳槽会出现磨损,主要分析了曳引轮绳槽发生不正常磨损的原因,并在此基础上设计了针对无齿轮曳引机的拆卸曳引轮的专用夹具,并阐述了拆卸曳引轮的流程。该夹具结构简单,操作方便,能极大地提高工作效率。As the vertical transportation vehicles, elevators are applied more widely in people's life and work.The elevator car relies mainly on the friction between the traction wire ropes and the rope groove of traction wheel to run up and down.With long- term use, there will be wear and tear in the rope groove of traction wheel.In this article, the causes of abnormal wear of the traction wheel are mainly analyzed;and on this basis, a kind of special fixture is designed for disassembly of the traction wheel for the gearless machine, and the disassembly process is then expounded.This fixture has advantages of simple structure, easy operation, and it can greatly improve work efficiency.
