摘  要:通过对大尺寸液冷侧板真空钎焊结构工艺性分析,进行减重的工艺设计,并进行热分析计算,确定减重方案。通过对减重后的大尺寸液冷侧板进行温度场测试,根据温度场测试结果,确定真空钎焊焊接工艺曲线。通过应用减重工艺设计,大尺寸液冷侧板温度场测试后,确定的真空钎焊焊接工艺曲线,进行产品焊接试验,焊接后产品焊接强度性能和耐压性能达到指标要求,满足实际生产需要。Through analysis of the vacuum brazing structure of large size liquid-cooled side plate, the process design of weight reduction is carried out, and the thermal analysis calculation is carried out to determine the weight reduction scheme.The temperature field of the large size liquid-cooled side plate after weight reduction is tested.According to the temperature field test results, the vacuum brazing process curve is determined.Through the application of weight reduction process design and temperature field test of large-scale liquid-cooled side plate, the vacuum brazing process curve is determined, and then the product welding test is carried out.The welding strength and pressure resistance of the product after welding could meet the requirements of the index and the actual production needs.
