摘　　要：针对扇形齿板圆弧槽铣削加工时采用普通铣床配合旋转工作台方案的诸多劣势,通过改变原有加工工艺,采用加工中心设备并设计制造专用铣槽夹具的新方案,既提高了加工精度,又大幅度提高了生产效率,降低了工人的劳动强度,技改效果良好,具有较好的经济性和实用性。In view of the disadvantages of the general milling machine combined with the rotating worktable scheme in the milling process of the circular arc slot of sector racks, the new scheme of NC machine and special milling fixture was designed by changing the original processing technology.The new process method could not only improve the machining precision and the production efficiency greatly, but also reduce the labor intensity of workers.It shows that the technical effect is good, and it also has good economy and practicability.
