摘 要:采用专家打分法、文献法、模型法建立了土地低碳集约利用评价指标体系,并通过物元模型对乌鲁木齐市近10年的城市土地低碳集约利用情况进行了量化分析.结果表明:乌鲁木齐市2005年、2010年土地低碳集约利用程度均为中度集中;2015年土地低碳集约利用程度为极度集中.物元模型能够成功运用于土地低碳集约利用评价.2005-2010年间制约乌鲁木齐市土地低碳集约利用程度的主要因素为:单位耕地化肥使用量、单位耕地农药使用量、生活垃圾无公害处理率、工业三废处理率和城市绿化覆盖率.2005-2015年10年的发展期间,乌鲁木齐市土地的低碳利用重视程度正逐渐有所提升,尤其是从2012年成为低碳建设试点城市后,在土地集约利用过程中更加注重对环境的保护.By analyzing the situation of low carbon intensive utilization of urban land in Urumqi in recent 10 years,this paper more accurately reflects the construction situation of low carbon city in Urumqi.Expert scoring method and literature method are adopted.The evaluation index system of land low carbon intensive utilization is established by the model method.Based on matter-element model,the intensive land use of low carbon in Urumqi was analyzed quantitatively.On 2005 and 2010,the intensity of land use was low in Urumqi,and the intensity of land use was high in 2015.The matter element model of entropy weight can be successfully applied to land.Evaluation of low carbon intensive use.During the 10 years of development of Urumqi from 2005 to 2015,the importance of low carbon use of land has been gradually increased,especially since 2012,when Urumqi was piloted in the construction of a low-carbon city.Urumqi pays more attention to environmental protection in intensive land use.From 2005 to 2010,the main factors restricting the degree of low carbon intensive use of land in Urumqi are:the amount of fertilizer per unit cultivated land,the use of pesticides per unit cultivated land,municipal solid waste-free treatment rate,industrial three-waste treatment rate and urban greening coverage.
