摘  要:地铁和高铁项目在全国范围内如火如荼地进行,但其带来的环境振动问题却给人们的生活带来许多问题。通过翻阅查找参考资料和文献,文章深入了解了铁路枢纽临近建筑的3种常用减振技术:轨道减振、屏障隔振、建筑物振动防护,并阐述了各种减振技术的优缺点及其适用范围。根据已有的研究理论,提出现有研究存在的问题。With the implement of numerous subway and high-speed projects all over the country, the environment vibration caused by which brings a lot of problems to peoples' lives. By means of reading related references and literatures, this paper makes a thorough research on three common vibration control technologies applied to railway nearby structures: track damping, vibration isolation and structure control, also illustrates the advantages and disadvantages as well as application scope of these technologies. According to present research theories, existing questions and thoughts are put forward in the paper.
