摘　　要：病毒性心肌炎是人感染嗜心肌病毒所引起的心肌非特异性炎症,临床上以儿童及青少年多见.现阶段病毒性心肌炎缺乏特异性的治疗手段,以对症及支持治疗为主.中医历来重视辨证施治、整体配合,且近来中医药的研究使用,使中医在病毒性心肌炎的治疗上发挥更好的效果.Viral myocarditis is a non-specific inflammation of the myocardium caused by myocardial infection,which is more common in children and adolescents.At present,viral myocarditis lacks specific treatments,mainly symptomatic and supportive treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine has always attached importance to syndrome differentiation and overall coordination,and the recent research and use of traditional Chinese medicine has enabled to exert better effects in the treatment of viral myocarditis.
