摘  要:研究了一种焦炉干熄焦预存段放散烟气处理技术,通过将经过防爆袋式除尘器过滤后的干熄焦预存段放散烟气汇入焦炉烟道气脱硫脱硝系统进行处理,实现了干熄焦预存段放散烟气除尘脱硫净化目的,同时采用安全联锁自动控制技术,以保证干熄焦炉系统的稳定运行和安全生产。该技术应用后,干熄焦装置烟气SO2排放≤30mg/Nm^3、颗粒物排放≤15mg/Nm^3,完全满足《炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准》GB16171-2012要求。The treatment technology for diffused flue gas from the pre-chamber in the coke dry quenching system was studied. By treating the diffused flue gas from pre-chamber in the coke dry quenching system which was filtered by the explosion preventing bag-type duster and then treated by the desulfurization and denitrification system by putting the flue gas into the flue gas path of the coke oven, the purposes of dust removal, desulfurization and purification for the diffused flue gas from the pre-chamber in the coke dry quenching system were achieved. Meanwhile, the safe and automatic linkage control technology for the system was used to guarantee the steady and safe operation of the coke dry quenching system. After the technology was put into use, the discharged amount of SO2 in the flue gas from the coke dry quenching system was below 30 mg/Nm3 and the discharged amount of particulates was below 15 mg/Nm3, both of which satisfied the requirements specified in "Discharge Standard of Pollutants in Coking Chemical Industry (GB16171-2012)".
