摘　　要：20多年来有关信息查询系统标签云的设计和评价方面积累了丰富的研究成果,有必要采用一定的方法组织起来以指导其设计。论文采用文献分析法,利用影响信息查询系统可用性的情境框架,从系统、任务、用户因素对这些研究成果进行分析和总结,从而组织成一个支持信息查询系统标签云设计的知识体系,并提出相关的设计原则。Over the pass 20 years, there have been accumulated abundant research findings related to the design and evaluation of tag clouds in information search systems that need to be organized. This paper applies literature analysis method to analyze and summarize these research findings in terms of systems, tasks, users, etc. according to the context framework that affects usability of information search systems. A knowledge system that supports the design of tag cloud in information search systems will be set up and some correlative design principles will also be put forward.
