摘　　要：隐性知识管理的知识转移优势,从知识储备量的增加、服务模式的创新等方面,满足了信息共享空间构建的知识服务需求。笔者分别对信息共享空间的物理层、虚拟层、支持层3个基础层的构建进行探讨与研究,提出基于隐性知识管理的IC构建策略与模型,并对IC馆员队伍建设提出几点新要求。The transference of tacit knowledge is the advantage of knowledge management, including the increase of knowledge reserve and Innovation of service mode, which satisfied with knowledge service needs of IC. The author discusses and studies the construction of physical layer, virtual layer and support layer of IC, proposes the strategy and model of IC construction under the tacit knowledge management, and then advises some new requirements of IC librarian team in the future.
