摘　　要：目的:观察蓝科肤宁联合多磺酸黏多糖治疗激素依赖性皮炎的临床效果。方法:选取2015年1月至2018年1月在安徽医科大学附属巢湖医院皮肤科门诊就诊的激素依赖性皮炎患者60例,随机分为对照组与研究组,每组30例。对照组给予蓝科肤宁联合氯雷他定(或枸地氯雷他定)治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上加用多磺酸黏多糖治疗。对比两组临床疗效、治疗后症状体征评分及治疗后3个月内复发率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,治疗后症状体征评分明显低于治疗前及对照组(均P<0.05);研究组复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:蓝科肤宁联合多磺酸黏多糖治疗激素依赖性皮炎疗效显著,并可明显降低复发率。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Lankefuning combined with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate in the treatment of steroid dependent dermatitis. Methods: A total of 60 patients with steroid dependent dermatitis in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected,and randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received loratadine combined with Lankefuning treatment,and those in the study group were treated as the control group with addition of mucopolysaccharide polysulfate.The symptom score,clinical efficacy and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the symptom score after treatment and recurrence rate were significantly lower ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Lankefuning combined with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate was effective in the treatment of steroid dependent dermatitis,and this combination could obviously reduce the recurrence rate.
