摘 要:目的:研究间苯三酚在人工周期冻融胚胎移植助孕中对妊娠结局的影响。方法:选择2015年5月至2017年12月在广西壮族自治区人民医院生殖医学与遗传中心行冻融胚胎移植助孕的120例患者为研究对象,随机分观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组给予单纯黄体支持用药方案治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用间苯三酚注射液治疗。比较两组患者生化妊娠率、临床妊娠率、胚胎着床率、异位妊娠率、多胎率、流产率、活产率以及新生儿畸形率和不良反应发生情况。结果:与对照组比较,观察组患者的生化妊娠率、临床妊娠率、胚胎着床率、活产率均明显提高(均P<0.05)。两组多胎率、异位妊娠率及流产率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者均未观察到不良药物反应及新生儿缺陷。结论:间苯三酚可以提高冻融胚胎移植助孕患者的妊娠率及活产率,改善妊娠结局。Objective: To study the clinical effects of phloroglucinol on pregnancy outcomes of patients who received frozen-thawed embryo transfer in artificial cycle. Methods: From May 2015 to December 2017,120 patients who received frozen-thawed embryo transfer in artificial cycle in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 cases in each group.Patients in the control-group were treated with progesterone alone,and those in the observation group were treated with progesterone combined with phloroglucinol.The adverse reactions,neonatal malformation rate and pregnancy outcomes including biochemical pregnancy rate,clinical pregnancy rate,embryo implantation rate,ectopic pregnancy rate,multiple pregnancy rate,abortion rate,live birth rate were compared between the two groups. Results: The biochemical pregnancy rate,clinical pregnancy rate,embryo implantation rate and live birth rate in observation group were higher than those in control group( P <0.05).There were no significant differences in multiple pregnancy rate,ectopic pregnancy rate and abortion rate between the two groups( P >0.05).No adverse reactions and neonatal defects were observed in both groups. Conclusion: Phloroglucinol in frozen-thawed embryo transfer could improve pregnancy rate and live birth rate.
