摘 要:选用仿棉改性共聚酯切片,采用FDY/POY异收缩复合纺丝法,优化纺丝工艺参数,在万吨大型纺丝生产线上成功试制出了137dtex/74F(ENCDP-1)和73dtex/34F(ENCDP-2)规格的ENCDP共聚酯FDY/POY异收缩混纤丝。分析混纤丝的微观结构,测试力学性能和沸水收缩率。结果表明混纤丝的网络度均匀地达到30个/m以上,混纤丝的结晶度和取向度均低于普通PET长丝,仿棉混纤丝的强度低于PET长丝,沸水收缩率大于PET长丝。进一步测试混纤丝的染色性能,结果表明混纤丝实现了阳离子染料的常压沸染,染色能力得到了很大的改善。因此采用一步法纺制FDY/POY异收缩复合丝,可以将FDY/POY异收缩混纤丝的独特蓬松手感与仿棉聚酯的特性结合起来,纤维手感、纤维后加工性及织物毛绒效果均可得到有效提升。With FDY/POY different shrikage compound spinning method,and optimized spinning paramenters,137 dtex/74F (ENCDP-1) and 73 dtex/34F (ENCDP-2) ENCDP copolyester FDY/POY different shrinkage filaments were successfully manufactured on engineering equipment by using cotton-like modified copolyester chips.After analyzing the microstructure,and testing mechanical properties and boiling water shrinkage of the blended filament, the results show that the network degree of the blended filament is more than 30/m, the crystallinity and orientation degree of the different shrinkage filaments are lower than that of the ordinary PET filament, the strength of the cotton-like different shrinkage filaments is lower than that of the PET filament, and the boiling water shrinkage rate is higher than that of the PET filament. The cationic dyes were boiled at atmospheric pressure and the dyeing ability was greatly improved. Therefore, one-step spinning of FDY/POY different shrinkage filaments can combine the unique fluffy hand feel of FDY/POY different shrinkage filaments with the characteristics of cotton-like polyester. The hand feel, post-processing property and wool effect of the fabric can be effectively improved.
