摘  要:通过对某车用铝型材挤压过程数值模拟,获得金属流动的速度场、型材形变场、模具应力分布及模具温度场分布,预测实际挤压过程中可能出现的缺陷,进行模具强度校核。上机试模结果表明,试模情况与模拟情况基本一致,说明数值模拟对挤压模具设计和优化具有重要的指导意义。The extrusion process ofaluminum profiles for automotive was numerically simulated,and the velocity fieldof the metal flow and the deformation field of profiles and temperature field distribution of mold were obtained. The actual profile defects were predict,and mold strength were checked. It was showed that the production test results were in good agreement with the simulation. It confirms that numerical simulation is of great importance to provide theoretical basis for the design and optimization of extrusion die.
