喀什噶尔河流域水资源与社会经济发展不平衡性分析

摘　　要：喀什噶尔河流域位于我国西部边陲新疆维吾尔自治区的西南部,孕育了喀什噶尔绿洲。喀什地区、克孜勒苏柯尔克孜两地州的九县市及兵团第三师的社会经济发展与喀什噶尔河水资源的开发与利用密不可分。本文采用不平衡指数进行该流域各县市实际用水量与灌溉面积、人口数量、工业增加值和牲畜存栏量的不平衡性评价分析,并基于研究结果提出对策建议。The Kashgar River Basin is located in the southwest of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,which is the western border of China.It breeds Kashgar Oasis.The social and economic development of nine counties and cities in Kashgar region,Kizilesu Kirgiz Prefecture and the third division of the Corps are closely related to the development and utilization of water resources in the Kashgar River.In this paper,the unbalance index is used to evaluate and analyze the unbalance between actual water consumption and irrigation area, population,industrial added value and livestock stock in the counties and cities of the basin.Based on the results of the study,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
